पंचायतों का आकार छोटा किया जाना चाहिए तथा निर्वाचित जनप्रतिनिधियों के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता निर्धारित होनी चाहिए।

There is a need to study and spread greater public awareness about how corruption is gnawing away the vitals of society and affecting its panchayati Raj system.

Each panchayat must be equipped with four ponds, four grazing grounds and a composite agricultural farming house.
The cine stars, corporate tycoons and local leaders can be approached by the government for further investment through adoption policy.
The local skill-based manufacturing products must be promoted not only in neighbouring areas but in the global markets in order to get the benefit of foreign exchange.

GP should be connected with all types of Departmwnts as well as officers .Then connectivity from GP to all talukus, blocks, and decisions, districts, and high ways that leads to district headquarters as well as state cities and Finally national highways. All types of educational facilities should be connected to GP level . Further farmer related services , needs, amenities, and farmers' training centres and other banking, marketing facilities should be well established at GP level. In forthcoming five year plan,we should take certain measures to fill fill the requirements of the rural areas and people.Rural development always should rely on GP and it's functionaries.Direct grants& funds should be credited to GP from Central Govt. Otherwise some states are mis using and diverting Rural development funds in the name of their own named schemes.Rural people must be informed about the various schemes that the rural.people have for their developmwnt.GP level administration is good

GP is the most crucial in rural development and sustainability of the nation. It is the hub of administration and will be very essential part of society. So all schemes should be planned and implemented from GP level and there should be a focussed monitoring and check by the third party and agency in grants utilization and development. All GPs should be ranked based on their performance and development. Schemes should not be hijacked from the hands of GP to State and Central Govt schemes. Decentralization of powers leads to effective utilization of funds that are allocate dto specific schemes by the Govt. A GP committee consistent of Small GP
