Electronic waste contains toxic components that are dangerous to human health, such as mercury, lead, cadmium, polybrominated flame retardants, barium and lithium. The negative health effects of these toxins on humans include brain, heart, liver, kidney and skeletal system damage.
We should also work on conducting awareness programme to spread these vital information at large

My Opinion about E-Waste management is different
We are taking about Manageing E-Waste, why we don't think reduce E-Waste.
Because of product sale companies are not providing spares for long time , and forcing customers to replace the products, where is the spare part retention policy, if some creamy layer even wish to buy new technology, old can be refurbished and can be provided to others and helping them to upgrade their standard of living.
Also think 10 times before new purchase also.

It is essential to integrate the informal sector with the formal sector. In the field of e-waste management, the government must announce incentives, which could be in the form of tax concessions or rebates, to ensure compliance across the electronics industry.

Focus on building local e waste disposal centres at every locality, so that it can be recycled and reused or destroyed at one place without making the environment damages.

Recycle them if you can find someone who wants to use your old gadget. Pass these goods to somebody in need.

First, we should never throw e-waste in the trash! The small stuff like phones or batteries shouldn’t go in the trash. There are some toxic (dangerous) chemicals in these products that don’t belong in the trash. It’s bad for our environment, plus it means throwing away valuable metals that can be recycled.
