good step towards improvement at water way , we should allow number plates with satellite chip to all operating in sea, under different identification, it will help to monitor at security and rescue level also,

There will hardly be any dearth of Fund, if Financial Intelligence Wings of Govt of India can assess Actual Income of Sand / Mining / Drug/ Movie/ Dock / Land / Political Mafias, Money Launderers, Corrupted Govt/ Semi Government Officials and above all actual Income of those Unscrupulous Professionals like Advocates/ CAs/ Doctors/ Private Tutors who never issue Money Receipts to their Clients/ Patients/ Students . My brother called for documents verification and interview after she qualifies for GRSE design Supervisor written exam, the person who verified documents does not allow him for interview as he is B tech in civil engineering. Now I want to know that BTech civil engineer are eligible for the post or not?

1) chapter 2 definitions: port category viz a) Exclusive Defence ports b) civil International 3) Civil domestic may be included.
2) Separate rules may be made for ports used for defence exclusively, & protecting them from international Law.
