Young mind need to be serious about their career. The youth involvement first of all should respect other people and need to be willing to change their work as well as practices to enhance the efficiency. Mostly adolescent children tired and take pleasure to play video games and waste their valuable time and energy. The young people need meaningful roles and responsibilities and need to be recognised for their true contributions in this educational institution plays a vital role to provide quality education. Adults and our youth need to engage in activities that enable them to learn more about each other and connect with each other which will contribute to improve the world and providing endless opportunities and platform leads to identify their inner- talent.

As concern National Youth Policy, all youth group had sufficient knowledge of Educational field Job field and others many more. Give them scope according to his or her own view for that which short and long course is important will give whole information and platform to do. Every Individual comes front to put forth his or her own ideas. We have NSS groups we engage the youth to build the nation.
Thanks.

For the young people of India, employment is not just a financial decision. They want better working conditions and jobs that align with their long-term goals.
Indian youth need more guidance and career counselling. Greater access to career counselling and mentoring services can help to address these misalignments between skills and aspirations, and improve young Indians’ career choices. Core skills such as critical thinking and analysis, problem-solving, self-management, resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility would be essential qualities for all types of jobs in the future needed...
