To strengthen the Indian Military and to increase the partnership of the youth in the Armed Forces, the scheme like Agneepath is a really a good scheme. But the oppostion parties are creating unnecessary issues.
we must tell to the youth, working in the Army is not employment, it is a sacrifice and contribution to the mother land.
After serving 4 years as Agniveer, one should feel proud and can go for higher education, employment and self employment. They must be given top prtority in the selections.
while returning from Army, He should be granted about 50 lacs INR as a token of appreciation.
We must include this in the Education Policy. Should educate the Parents too..
One must think it as a Contribution not an Employment

'All young people should have access to good living conditions, power to shape their own lives and influence over the development of the society'. This goal concerns all government decisions and actions concerning youth.

Along with the support of United Nations, governement should venture into Space missions. Space missions are highly costly and risky. So working in Team with Uniited Nation countries, will reduce risk and cost. More youth can be engaged in space missions, planetary sciences, environment-Biodiveristy and pollution control.

Actually I think honesty is the main capital of human beings, Because there is a lot of public tolerance hidden in this name. I think the curiosity that arises in the mind to know something must be expressed to others. So I think the public must be happy to have this name.

Human population is at rise. Many youths are unemployed/confused so they select path of violence and crime. All youths from early school days should be asked to prepare there finanacial balance sheet on regular basis, so that they can stay aware about there assets and liabilities. With support of United Nations, a website to buy and sell global property list should be developed. A person with very less property and capital are in greater risk to get into slavery. Global property trade will allow them to sell there small property at higher price & buy more property at affordable price at some other location & also have some working capital. Kindly provide liquidity in property market. Lottery based selection process in Government/secured jobs, promote harrassments that makes many short tempered youth angry and they get into violence and crimes. Government should not allow youths to become a Cancer cell.

Companies should be made to contribute towards a new "skill building" fund and this collective funds should be made available for employees who loose their jobs.
Depending on the size, turnover, sector of companies and the profile of its employees, some form of contribution by employees should be expected towards assisting other youth and job searchers.
Let us say, 2-3 days per year where employees need to prepare 4-6 half day sessions to orient the youth and others looking for jobs. These could include simple sessions to help with building CVs to providing on job training or overview of the work they do to inspire potential job seekers. All of this need to be managed by a centralized agency so that useful works can be made available online to all other Indians.

I had a look at the NPTEL and Swayam websites and this is a positive move. The courses can be improved further and these courses do not need to have the IIT/IIM format but rather take cues from popular websites such as Coursera.
The primary objective should be to retain the motivation and interest in the course and ensure that the student is not penalized and have multiple attempts to clear quizzes and reinforce basic understanding. Also apart from exams, these courses can include peer graded short term projects.
