The objective behind this activity is to communicate with the citizens and engage their participation in the “Kisan Bhagidari Prathmikta Humaari” Campaign on the MyGov platform. This activity would give the voice and platform to the young blood/ progressive farmers & stakeholders etc. All the suggestions/opinions/would be evaluated by the IEC Advisory Committee and shortlisted ideas would be implemented with the approval of the competent authority. Participants can share their ideas in a small video or in writing.

Last date of submission is 30th May 2022

Fertilizers. The single most effective way of speeding up the growth in plants is plant fertilizers. Plant food and fertilizers vary in terms of their NPK composition. Generally speaking, nitrogen aids new green growth, phosphorus builds strong roots and flowers, and potassium ensures strong and healthy plant cells.

Most gardeners should use a complete fertilizer with twice as much phosphorus as nitrogen or potassium. An example would be 10-20-10 or 12-24-12. These fertilizers usually are easy to find. Some soils contain enough potassium for good plant growth and don't need more.

Kharif crops are the crops which are sown at the beginning of the rainy season, e.g. between April and May. Rabi crops are the crops that are sown at the end of monsoon or at the beginning of winter season,

Kharif crops require good rainfall. The output of these crops depends upon the time and amount of rainwater. Paddy, maize, bajra, jowar are a few of the Kharif crops grown in India.

Kharif crops are monsoon crops that consist of plants such as rice. Ideally, the Kharif crops are harvested in the monsoon season which begins as early as May in some parts of the Indian subcontinent. Kharif crops are generally harvested from 3rd week of September to October.

Kharif crops, which are also known as monsoon crops, are the crops which are grown during the monsoon or rainy season (June to October). Their seeds are sown at the beginning of the monsoon season and the crops are harvested at the end of the monsoon season. Kharif crops depend on the rainfall patterns.

Kharif crops are grown in wet & hot conditions. Few of the Kharif crops grown during monsoons in India are rice, maize, bajra, corn, and peas.
