A direct network between the farmers and consumers without any middleman will be very effective. Weekly market by the farmers to sell their products directly to the customers will help them to earn profit for their products. Villagers can arrange a transportation agency to transport the essential commodities at a nominal fees for farmers. For this local villagers can work with some truck drivers and engage them to transport their products regularly at a reasonable price. This will help unemployed youths to earn money. Sometimes vegetables are wasted due to low rates. This affects a farmer very much. A cold storage facility to store the vegetables at a reasonable price and sell them during the peak demand period. This facility can be extended to the registered farmers. An identity card like Aadhaar Card can be issued to these farmers to avail Government schemes and use the storage facilities or get concessions. These ID card cannot be duplicated or forged .

A big Krishi Mela has to be organised in all States. In this Mela stalls of various Agricultural products and services can be arranged. Experts from Agricultural Department has to be invited and they should present a topic which helps the farmers. Best Farmer Award can be given. Government should display information on insurance schemes and loan schemes. So that farmers can get all the needed information during this Mela. A mobile grievance redressal team should be there to support the farmers. They should take immediate action on the grievance and help them to get remedy. This Mela should be organised every year through out the country and in every state. This will surely help the farmers to increase their productivity and it will lead to our country's growth. A criteria should be fixed to avail Free electricity. A nominal fee should be charged after crossing the free units. Power supply should be disconnected to those who misuse the free power schemes and use it for other purpose.

Kharif season is one of the best season for farmers in many parts of our country. Most of the time is suitable for farmers to initiate agriculture practices and it's allied activities. So before that banks and Agriculture Dept should supply the quality seeds, fertilizers and financial suport to the farmers so that they can be benefitted and feel supportive morally. There must be an action plan from the dept to guide the farmers from time tot time base don the issues arised in that particular Areas.An Agriculture University and Research Centre should be established din each and every state specifically. This will help to conduct research and innovative practices required for that specific area relate dproblems and issues. This will suport farmers in all aspects relate scripts and diseases. Various framing methods, and precautionary measures required for various crops must be sensitized and public camps should be conducted. There must be a good rapport and connection with farmers

Farmers helping centres, Farmers Assurance Centres, Farmers Agriculture Clinics, Agriculture Marketing Centres, Agriculture export centres, Farmers helpline centres and numbers , call centres should be facilitated and widened in all Grampanchayath level too. Unfortunately such facilities are there but not sufficient in number. Country wide in all block level and Gap level ,they must be set up. It is not expenditure for the Govt but it is an investment to the nation and public welfare. Because earned is the backbone to the economy. 90%arr agro based products will be produced. Agriculture and it's allied industries must be encouraged and supported from all side. It will post up pur economy . And idia xan supply the food grains for all in the world. It should be achieved . Dor this Govt should pass a bill to support the farmers in the country. Agriculture training centres and farmers training centres should be established to create awareness among farmers and streamlined all the anamalies

Govt is providing many welfare schemes,inputs, and facilities. But due to neglegence of officials and field level staff, all the schemes are not known to farmers. They are not aware and not utlizing to fill of extent. And uneducated innocent farmers are losing their rights. Further they are not aware of marketing facilities properly.Though financial supporting schemes are available, farmers could not use those due to lack of sensitization from Dept. Hence awareness programs and inituatives should be taken from Dept and Govt side. Farmers welfare should become the top priority for Govt. And Agriculture and it's allied Dept's should run on track without any deviation. No compromise should be allowed.No corruption should be allowed in Dept's.Govt should have a third party check& be vigilant from time to time to prevent anomalies.All state Govt&central Govt should take stringent action against culprits who cheat farmers and cause damage to them. On the other side farmers must be educated.
