The Central Government Ministries/ Departments and Central Public Sector Undertaking are mandated to procure 25% (as amended in 2018) of their annual value of goods or services from micro and small enterprises vide Public Procurement Order Notified vide S.O. 581 (E) dated 23rd March 2012. Under the policy, 358 items are exclusively reserved for procurement from MSEs which help in the promotion and growth of Micro and Small Enterprises and play a critical role in fostering inclusive growth in the country.

The existing list required a relook to find out the relevance in the present-day context of technological change, and the growth of small and micro enterprises. The Internal Technical Committee of the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises has prepared a revised list of 469 items (including Goods & Services) to be reserved for exclusive procurement from MSEs.

Stakeholders, Industries associations, MSME units and the General public are invited to share their suggestions and comments on the list of 469 items reserved for exclusive purchase from MSEs under the Public Procurement Policy.

Govt should look at governance & regulation costs. Not seen 1 in public or on websites how India stands It wants to be vishwaguru ! 1st sop on #EODB formulated & allegedly improvements reported . How true as most of the biz house have negated this . any how without enforcement on contract all biz is meaningless. even here , if the babus demands cuts & comiissions right from preapprovals till final payment & audit of 50 to 100 % how will a small biz survive . Indian babus just don't get it . even GST , u don't get the input credit if ur supplier does not report it . Babu gandy marji ! what is my fault. should not the govt raid/penalize the defaulter. but all raids , harassment on those reporting correctly to show some work. Orders using gany marji of BRAS gown not to disturb the big and powerful fishes. all of the schemes were existent in some form or the other including PLI ! not 1 report on y they failed , the good bad & ugly . clean ur house PM or only citizens have to do all

This is a wonderful step which will help MSEs in a significant way but I fail to understand your govt is ignoring middle class in janta and medium class in private sector. We understand govt’s concern to help MSEs and large enterprises. First is important for quantity of votes and latter is important for quality of funds to govt and BJP. We medium size businesses too contribute to economy in a big way. Please give us some respite from particularly corrupt officers. Bribes are killing our businesses

after becoming msme we don't generate enough sales or turnover on the other hand no body gives us opportunity in job market as they are considering the having own business as a carrier gap. no body invest in out business. as govt is unable to provide a secure jobs they are allowing anyone to open business but it is so much expense and so much harmful to us. no body buys an unknown product so easily. our brand name is ZOQOLO® and it deals with retail garments product currently willing to come in grocessery market too in future. it just does channel sales but govt is silent . promotion costs are too high in channel sales. no body buys our product. covid19 also scrambled our business a lot. please do something. we can not just take a huge loan just to pay Big B to promote our business. help us from inflation and other factor so that we can sustain.

Sir, When MSME is selling goods and Services to there customer, MSME must take care of Purchase Order is issued by there customer this would be save time to deliver the material and there is an chance of getting payment early. Sir, The Goods and Services Mentioned in PDS which is enclosed by Mygov all Goods and services must be included in GEM Portal this will gives a chance to government Entity to procure the goods and Services from MSME. Sir, Government must remove the Caution Money so that small and medium business have access to government companies. In GEM portal Contract Awarded to MSME they have access to loan also so that MSME will complete the contract as per the work order or purchase order issued by Government Company on GEM Portal.
