To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until 15th July 2023.

Small scale industries or business oriented education, Moral education is important because its absolutely make strong yuva with Josh and hosh. education must be average students oriented so all can get justice. Assessment can done on the basis of practical attendance. All facilities like arts, commerce etc should have practical oriented curriculum. Paper setting should be able to do over all development of the students.

India's economy GDP is 3.8 trillion $. But each Indian is donate 1000₹ per year at least. Each Indian waste of agriculture and factory rejection output of value 10000₹ per year at least, at cheap rate. Free services, free items and Free facilities in India approximate 10000₹ per year per person. Black money, Frauds, Burglary and theft market is approximate 20,000₹ per year per person. Unorganized Sectors in India is generate approximate 100,000₹ per year per person which is not in record. It is all almost again GDP 5 trillion ₹ per year with no need of any record by Govt. Authority. Because of Indian population India is world third Rank 7 trillion $ GDP economy in true sense. We will do backside to Germany and Japan in total no. Of GDP in real time calculate value. India is a Huge Country and huge population make scene larger in world. India's actual growth rate is 10℅ each year of it's GDP in Real Time Values.

The process of accreditation should include evaluation of the process followed by the educational institution in respect of the admission of students. The free and fair merit test at the stage of admission goes a long way towards the ultimate success of the whole effort put in by the institution to provide the infrastructure, the faculty, the curriculum and the overall administration. The compliance record in respect of Govt. guidelines to provide a level playing field for the economically backward but meritorious students should be a parameter. The verifiability from the database requires capability to view/download from the databases of various authorities dealing with individual applications made and sanctions obtained by the educational institution in course of time. It must be made compulsory that every advertisement by an educational institution must mention the details of its accreditation and ranking.

Reforms always bring a change & it is result oriented, the assessment of institutions should be performed by the dedicated, competent & honest officials & officers. There should be no compromise on the standards, parameters & the criteria laid down for accreditation. The performance of institutions should be assessed, analysed & judged purely, strictly what they have contributed & how much their share & contribution is applicable. The student feedback should also be a factor while ranking or accredidating an institution.
