In order to make the budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Department of Budget, Government of Uttarakhand invites Indians from all walks of life to contribute suggestions for the upcoming State Budget 2020-21 of Uttarakhand.

Your valuable ideas and suggestions will ensure a better future for the citizens of Uttarakhand. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comment box or attach a PDF document.

The last date for submissions on this forum is 15th January, 2020.

To pramote cultural programmes.govt should organise once in a year festival of uttarakhand.with active participation of all citys and villages of state.which will increase the tourisium.

rule no. 1- इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए कंपनीयो को देश के किसी भी राज्य मे निवेश करना होगा l एक राज्य मे कुल निवेश की सीमा ₹100000/- करोड़ होगी l यानि अगर 10 कंपनी का कुल निवेश तय सीमा तक पहुच जायगा तो 11वी कंपनी को दूसरे राज्य मे निवेश करना होगा l उस राज्य मे निवेश सीमा खत्म होने पर , किसी और राज्य मे निवेश करना होगा l rule -2 जिस राज्य मे निवेश होगा कंपनीयो को उस राज्यसे कुल 70% ऑफ employee ,जिसमे 35% वुमन + 10% हैन्डीकैप + 5% चिल्ड्रेनस ऑफ एक्स-आर्मी, सिक्युर

For getting High growth & development rate and jobs for all, we need new investments. We need a new and attractive industrial policy.जिसमे भारतीय कंपनीयो को 15 साल और foreign कंपनीयो को 10साल की आयकर , और सभी तरह के टैक्स मे छूट मिले l भारतीय कंपनी को पहले 5 साल - 0% , उसके बाद 6 yr -10%, 7yr -20%....15yr - 100% टैक्स देना होगा l विदेशी कंपनी को पहले 3 साल - 0% tax ,4 साल - 10%, 5-20%, 6-30%.....10 वे साल - 100% , टोटल टैक्स (liability )देना होगा l

Senior citizens particularly above 80 years find it to be night mare when last date for submission of the income tax return comes.At that age children are generally away.To get form no 16A and interest certificates from banks is a difficult task.Govt may not loose much money if they are exempted from income tax.If Govt still insists they can take the amount already deducted at source as final with out making it mandatory for them to submit the return.

I Think that the best option for increasing the state budget for Uttrakhand will be of increasing the literary job opportunities , while also promoting Uttrakhand tourism as the state has very beautiful valleys and glaciers such as the Goumukh Glacier . Further increasing the rate of literacy in uttrakhand will aslo help increase the budget . As more literate citizens will be able to extract more from its natural resources.
