According to me I think that we should focus more on developing roads that would connect to the urban to rural place. So that even the people living in village can get the benefit of the development. And also their should be provision for better health care facilities to all the section if the people.

It is a great holy state of India. Swami Vivekananda came to this state many times, Almora became his place of spiritual practices before going to America and place of stay after becoming world-famous. One of his most popular books is Columbo To Almora but unfortunately, the Ramakrishna Ashrama which dates back to nearly 100 years is on a ridge and has no approach road to the shrine. This budget should grant enough funds to immediately take up the work for the approach road to the shrine.

PFA. I have many suggestions ranging from design, quality of infrastructure to curbing black money, farmers upliftment and meaningful loans avoiding misuse by those who really do not need loanwaivers / subsidy. Doctors & professionals to avoid dealing in cash and pay I-Tax on real income. Withdraw Rs 2000 currency note slowly in proportionate to increase in e-payments. Increas I-Tax base as so many wealthy people can spend lot of money. Introduce tax on spending by linking it to Aadhar & PAN.
