Education Minister must choose popular Grid Computing Client like BOINC for Indian Indigenous Innovation and direct NCERT to include lessons to educate,standardize & implement compulsory usage of BOINC Grid computing client in computers of all academic institutions in India at lower tier/levels to integrate with premier research institutes. Indian students & Citizens donating microprocessor CPU time with valid Boinc Account Manager score card should be given Scholarships and/or fee discounts.

The employment exchange office in India should work from root with collaboration with panchayat/block to collect the information of unemployed citizens. After making a perfect database govt should announce for self employment for youths according to their qualification/experience.

As we may see now many Indians are at top level of world known companies. Their presence there will boost our standing and reverse flow of talent would happen.All these are assets like a 'mole' in int. set up.Their worth will be known only art critical juntures. Even a policy of a country can be got changed with the presence our talent working elsewhere. So our motto will be to create and develop the brain from the rural and remote regions of the country who are economically weak

Govt. should reserve few seats in well known education institutions for economically weaker students and meet their boarding. Fees can be exempted. Selection of the students can be through an exam so that genuine hands are picked up. Abolish caste &religion based reservation. Now all classes of people except few STs are all aware of modern facilities and they need not br offered anything out of the way but based on merit. Automatically the countries skill development will go up.

In Maharashtra state in education many problems syllables are defar in class there is no canection all subjects are nessary

The concept on inclusiveness need a remake. We are tend to see everything through cast and creed and hence came SC,ST,OBC ,religious minority etc. Instead we should have only two class-haves and have-nots.About 50% of the countries 'brain' not tapped as they go into drain at the metric or below level due to economic depravity.About 10 million students pass metric every yea.Many brain stops there as higher education institutes are far away.Let govt. adopt such talents and sponsor their higher edu

Make it mandatory for all students to have a "societal project" in their schooling so doctors can go and work in rural and urban areas for 2 - 3 months. Engineers can help build low cost sustainable housing for the poor etc etc.

We should encourage nss like programs in which they do works for society

Certain subjects life first aid and emergency management in times of earth quake, floods or epidemic, elderly care, mandatory for male student to memorize certain food recipe :) can be taught.

Just like medical student who have to accept rural posting for some time. Similar rule should be put in place for all urban graduates to serve for two months in rural areas. It can be simple things like teaching schools kids about importance of sanitation. Social audit of schools etc Exception can be made for prison inmates, physically disabled, huge fine can be collected for exemption of the service. No body allowed to give government career exams till they fulfill this obligation.
