Education is the main vepon to fight against the indian problems. Our education system is bred oriented but it should life oriented where there is no person found who beg for goverment help for his every problem.man should get education that make man stubern to solve his own problem.so plz do some thing for education system.

The basic of to encourage the people to make the entrepreneur is to support them by providing a guidance center either in dist or combine of 2-3 dist n make one center. Even I want to start new software firm but I don't know the basic for start a company. I know at the registration process but what about the others. It's better to make that center to outsource and it will provide the seminar (free or chargable). It's really help for young to think more. It will also become one umbrella for us.

Motivation along with Availability of easy training is important. Due to sheer motivation and Jyoti CNC in Gujarat has been able to supply abroad and to acquire foreign company. Strengthening of ITI system along with rural BPO and customer service centres and training in dairy/food processing industry with concentration on organic farming colud be next thrust areas.Little bit more comprehensive training is required under present skill development programmes.
