Dear sir, we have to categorize cost into two parts. controllable and non-controllable. Controllable cost: These cost are not immediate required cost or which can be postpone or discontinued. for e.g. travel cost or Refreshment cost are not must cost we should think about to control these cost. Non-controllable cost: These cost are must cost but can be reduce the over the period. For e.g. electricity cost can be reduced by putting some controls.

1. Expenses must be reduced in bills of electricity, water, purchasing luxury products, etc. 2. Salary/wages can also be paid through a/c payee system, which would reduce work of cash counters & it would be easier for employees & workers to get exact amount they have to be paid. 2. e-Billing must be started instead of normal billing on paper(written or printed). 3. It must be ensured while purchasing that purchase of raw material is cheaper or ready-made tools or instruments.

Contd. please see examples of Columbus, Ohio. Not even in Columbus; whole state of Ohio traffic police is stringent about the traffic rules. Also, Federal Challans (Traffic Ticket for Voilating rules such as Jumping the red light or not wearing seat belts etc.). Generally, Car from Haryana or Uttar pradesh doesn't get ticket for voilating a rule in Delhi or any other state. Federal Challans (Valid throughout India) would help a lot in generating revenues.

1. Merge depts of govt which work relatively on a similar task like food processing & agricultural dept. 2. Reduce extra expense on useless tasks. 3. Consult from experts & plan a proper roadmap before launching a scheme or programme, decide measures on the basis of resources used & use technical method to cut costs in implementation of a scheme. A 24*7 monitoring must be done using various technologies to check that all the work is going on smoothly. 4. Prefer machines instead of unskill labor.

Mr. Prime Minister, I am one of the residents of Delhi. I would like to bring your attention to one of the common problem faced by Delhi i.e. PARKING. Why don't we use the parking meters instead of parking spaces. Assigned parking space for a car or scooter with a Yellow or White Market (Defined parking space) will help in space management. Also, Voilating time allotment or space usage would help a lot in generating revenues for the Traffic department which complains of being underpaid.
