PM Sir,In my view in industries where the newly diploma/degree holders are employed are not paid so much for which they deserve .Their salary must be released throug cheques and the report be sent to distt.labour officer so that these employeesare not crushed .

PM Sir, In my view, Security is lacking in our railways. Therefore I have sought of an idea:- To introduce automatic closing and opening doors of the trains and employing people to see that the passengers should have own ticket. Also prevent overcrowding in the trains. This is a suggestion from my side. With Regards Akhila

Sir, There has been a call for privatisation in Railway ticket sellings and i am not against privatisation as they cut there commissions and offer us services but there has been cartelisation in private ticket sellers and here in lucknow they are charging Rs.2 instead of Rs 1 as authorised by railways as commission.You could look into the matter and make elaborate arrangements so as to complaints can be filed against such errant private sellers as they are increasing the fares .

WHY TO LINK ADHAR CARD FOR GAS AND BANK. IT IS A CASH & CARRY COMMODITY INSTEAD OF GIVING SUBSIDY, PLEASE CANCEL THE SUBSIDIZED GAS CONNECTION AND REDUCE THIS SUBSIDY AMOUNT IN GAS PRICE, EVERY COMMON MEN WANT COMMODITY AT LOWER PRICE AND WHY TO MAKE A PERSON SUFFER MORE BY LINKING ADHAR CARD AND BANK ACCOUNT, WHICH IS A CASH AND CARRY COMMODITY. IF YOU REMOVE THIS AND REDUCE THE GAS PRICE BY CUTTING DOWN THE AMOUNT IN THE SUBSIDY WILL BE A GREAT MOVE.

All cash transactions should be electronic without any involvement of hard cash via bank accounts or mobile phones. We also need to develop a rules where capital & non-capital expenditure must not be re-incurred in a specified period to avoid leakage or corruptions & Municipal, State and Federal levels. We need on-line, confidential yet responsive interface for public grievances against contractors and employees. Cash Leakage can be made a non-bailable criminal offence.

All the ministries should develop a plan on how they would utilise the allocation and let the finance ministry know about it. How much cash they would be requiring and by which month(based on expected completion of phases of a project) and if a project overruns time then the ministry should inform the finance ministry about it. Make every demand for money time bound else they would not get it. This would also help in completion of projects on time.

Do a study of the seasonality of cash flows(busy season,lean season) of the last decade and try to understand how is it growing year on year and when the mismatch happens and try to eliminate the mismatch. The better the matching of receipts and expenditure the better the cash management.

We belong to a country where all religions and customs practices their faith and terminals....Uniform Indirect tax would take us to the better cash management and it will reduce financial cost too...furthermore...if we introduce Goods and Service Tax i.e. GST...government will be able to provide the better services for traders and retailers all over the country....consequently GST will reduce the tax evasion and it will erase the tax compulsion as well....

Our physical connectivity is pathetic - oil import is our biggest problem requiring urgent focus on Electric freight trains on dedicated freight corridor quadrilateral with only local technology which largely eliminates present diesel run freight on trucks; only straight, clean & level national/state highways at international standards & govt. shall have powers to acquire any land for this purpose. No speed breakers, no manual tolling – these are fuel guzzlers & national waste.
