5. Whether poor quality faculty is affecting institutional and student performance? What solutions can be offered? Increasing numbers of Non-grant colleges and the poor quality faculty and the policies of that colleges to attract the students has been showing a bad impact on the performance of granted colleges. So in that regard University should take some effective measures.
