We can retain our soft power by providing best financial incentives and environment.
There has to be healthy competition for innovation in the institutions.
The students and faculty should be given opportunity to interact with students and faculties internationally. The knew knowledge be integrated to our syllabus by framing new syllabi in consultation with national and international experts.
