Education Minister must choose popular Grid Computing Client like BOINC for Indian Indigenous Innovation and direct NCERT to include lessons to educate,standardize & implement compulsory usage of BOINC Grid computing client in computers of all academic institutions in India at lower tier/levels to integrate with premier research institutes. Indian students & Citizens donating microprocessor CPU time with valid Boinc Account Manager score card should be given Scholarships and/or fee discounts.

Stringent policy to select the teachers to be followed....also those already on roll, should be verified for their teaching ability & if found not suitable, should be relieved from taking classes. so that the young minds wont be taken for a ride...

Guest Speakers from Senior Citizen to be allotted to all the schools. One guest speaker a day and atleast four guest speakers in a week to every class / school to be organised. The experience and qualification possessed by senior citizen must be shared by the younger ones. This will help the students to elevate their knowledge vis-a-vis comparison with the world which is outside their classrooms

Central institutions need to take up the role of accredition and ranking of educational institutions based on a robust process involving data analytics of performance against pre-agreed key performance indicators. In general they should be responsible for ensuring the robustness of the process. They should also be responsible for interacting with their counterparts in the state govts to formulate annual improvement plans for edu institutional and track performance against these plans
