Sir , These days many people and professionals needs to stay in a different city/town away from their family due to their job and their children education etc. As per IT rule if any person has two flats and even if both are self occupied then also they need to pay tax on one of the flat's presumptive rent. This is a harsh provision for people who in any case needs to sacrifice by staying away from family and maintain establishment in two places. please exempt two flat's as self occupied. Tks

Govt must first learn to live wirhin its means.it cannot spend nearly twice of what it earns every year and expect that interest rates would fall.it camafolgues all this by saying that deficit is just 5 %of gdp but in effect it earns 9/10 lac crores and spends15/16 lac crores. the deficit of 6 lac crores is nearly twice its earning.it has to cut wasteful govt depts..has to CAG AUDIT all social welfare schemes.. has to seize properties of corrupt govt servants n polticians and leave the common ma

Sir, Tax exemption from employers contribution to PF is available only if CONTRIBUTION for 5 years is made and not even if the fund is not withdrawn for 5 years . This is unfair for people who may not find another job and loses their job before 5 years or want to do business or start-ups. This exemption should be available as long as the fund is not withdrawn for 5 years and not necessarily based on total 5 years of contribution. This will have no revenue impact on the government . Thanks

Dear Sir, As we are progressing on reduction in LPG subsidy by individuals with higher income we may seriously think of removing subsidy on Diesel used in passenger cars sold through retail outlets while the bulk customers like trucks/trains etc may be allowed to enjoy the subsidy the passenger car segment must be removed from subsidized Diesel as most 4 wheelers of that category fall in high income group persons / individuals /business vehicles / SUVs etc.

Entire india in fact 89 %, of india show income less than 10 lacs..and as such most of our time is spent on calculating tds..service tax.. people who earn over 10 lacs per day from stick market get away paying zero taxes because you have exempted long term capital gains.likwise wealthy individual pay no wealth tax..because there is no effective wealth tax rate..there is not even 5 % asset tax..for our billionaires.there is no inheritance tax for our polticians children..

Dear Sir, Please make a long term plan to gradually eliminate no. of taxes and varieties of taxes on individuals so that a resident individual would have maximum 1 or 2 categories of taxes however small or big it is but every individual having a taxable income as prescribed would pay it or get it collected/deducted automatically. Similarly there shall be only one category of senior citizens with one tax slab, high pensioners may be covered under only one income tax slab.

Sir, 1) in order to get tax benefit u/s 80 DD for a disabled or mentally challenged dependent a certificate in prescribed form needs to be submitted which can be obtained ONLY from a government hospital. This is torturous for a disabled or a mentally challenged person to wait whole day and sometimes 2-3 days in a government hospital where there is even no place to seat . I suggest that such certificate may be allowed from any MD/ MS doctor. This will be fair to these people. Thanks
