To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Share market is one place which can create lot of jobs for the people. But with the current taxes it is difficult for anyone to make money because if one suffers loss then they will lose brokerage securities transaction tax , turnover charges and in return if they make profit short term capital gain taxes will be waiting. If the taxes can be reduced for retail investors share market will provide huge self job and will invite more people to trade. Please reduce taxes.

Respected Prime Minister, Banks are the driving force of the INDIAN economy, and it hurts to see them in bad shape due to bad loans. So I would like the public sector banks going for merger to create some world class big banks.

जब भी बाजार में कोई चीज खरीदने जाती हूं व बिल माँगती हूँ तो दुकानदार कहते हैं कि बिल बनाकर देने पर आपको वेट देना होगा । क्या सरकार ऐसी कोई व्यवस्था बना सकती है जिससे वैट का भार दुकानदार पर हो ताकि सभी पक्के बिल के साथ खरीददारी कर सकें व दुकानदार भी सही आय पर टैक्स जमा कर सकें ।

Sir mere vichar se har 10 km par ek college,SBI branch sath hi har 5 km ya 3000jansankhya par ek PHC ki sthapna ki ghoshna ki jani chahiye...

Hence in the budget, request you to provide budget for enough attendance machines for all IT offices, strict action agst absentees, demotion & termination of non-performers etc. Do anything to make your dept more efficient and taxpayer friendly. Fit CCTVs on every seat including the Commissioner to the peons; so that all frauds can be detected. They are publicly taking bribe, now. CCTV will make all of your staff scared of their jobs , thereby making them honest and efficient service to us.

Modi Ji Namaskar, after election result Gadkari Ji told on his tv interview for cold storage n godown n all, my suggestion is please announce tax benefit up to total project cost in all below 10 lac population area for cold storage min 10k sqft, schools up to 20k sqft, hospital up to 10k sqft this all is small city's n villagers requirement n due to this project local people will get job it's help to stop migration to big city all this small towns require sports complex too pls think on my idea

For Rail Budget- 1.Water vending machines should be installed in all important stations 2.Train running information should be broadcast on FM radio. Railways may start its own FM Channel. 3.Technology for running trains in time during heavy fog may be imported or developed in house to run trains in time during winter. General Budget - 1.More funds should be allocated for the R & D in green energy 2.More emphasis on completing the on going projects than starting new ones.

Sir please compulsory the use of check in payment of above Rs20,000 it will help to check on every transaction in which black money is used like mobile phones, bikes, etc.
