To encourage education of girl child 1) No school fees up to class 12. 2) Scholarship thru Adhar enabled JanDhan accounts( may be Rs 2000) annually for graduation and higher studies to daughters of farmers/farm labourers/ labourers of unorganized sectors. Daughters of parents having only two children should be eligible. This way people will adopt family planning. I think , with a cutoff date, only families with maximum 2 children should only be eligible to avail any benefit/ subsidies of GoI.

Taxpayers's insurance: As suggested earlier Govt. should group insure taxpayers 10 times their annual taxable income. But don't need to do extra provision for this. Just do away with exemptions for insurance. It will benefit IT dept. The premium for nationwide group insurance for taxpayers will be far less than tax gone due to exemptions for insurance. Also it will be taxpayers welfare. The whole nation is running on taxpayers' taxes. It will be win-win for Govt and taxpayers as well.

I have been observing there is a lack of talent in NDA cabinet as compared to previous UPA government. This is taking a toll on the good intention of government to implement development schemes for masses. Although there are few ministers who are performing exceptionally well. I feel the govt should introspect to increase talent and creative lot of the govt. Veterans like Mr Yashwant Sinha, Mr Swamy who was an awesome FM should be included in the cabinet to give the govt a cutting edge.

It's Govt's duty to take care of the deceased taxpayers' family who have honestly paid their dues to Govt. while alive. Same for a disabled taxpayer. When he was able Govt. collected tax. Govt. even penalizes a taxpayer for not filing returns. How it can shelve off its duty once he is dead. This will compel many citizens to file returns.

I would suggest Government to insure taxpayers by 10 times their annual taxable income. This would fairly insure everyone. India is most inadequately insured country. This will help family of honest deceased taxpayers. Also, add accidental death/disability insurance. This will ensure Govts. duty towards caring its citizens. Being group insurance for all taxpayers, it will cost a fraction. It would be probably world's biggest welfare project by any Govt. Hope it gets place in this budget.

To achieve the target of HOME FOR ALL, GoI should come up with HOME LOAN SCHEMES under different names, at SUBSIDISED rate of interest, for 1)Farmers & farm labourers 2)Workers of Private & Unorganized sector 3) Defence personnels after completion of 5 years service. 4) Central govt &:RAILWAY employees after completion of 10 years service. The 1) and 2)schemes may be at flat 4% interest and 3) and 4) schemes may be at 7% interest. There will be a huge swell in the popularity of GoI.

Respected sir I only request you to please stop the payment of Rs 1400 under nrhm to each and every delivery patients as it's shattering our countries economy very badly and also helping in population hike if possible please restrict this payment for just maximum two children As this is one of the the most useless government policy under nrhm better increase the quality of treatment medicines doctors and staff rather then giving money to the patients or restrict it to just 2 children

The Government is trying its best to pass the GST amendment which would transform the Budget. The GST Bill is stuck up thanks to the intransigence of Congress which wants a ceiling of 18% built into the Constitution. I submit that this insistence can be met by inserting 18%, but using the principle in ARTICLE 4 which reads : NO SUCH LAW (in this case, modifying the rate of 18%) SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE AN AMENDMENT OF THIS CONSTITUTION FOR THE PURPOSES OF ARTICLE 368.
