I would like to suggest Government a Unique Idea to solve Helmet problem in Tier 2 cities. All the violators should not be fined instead they should be forced to purchase a helmet on the spot and this would dramatically bring the change. One slip allows full day of free travel without helmet, no compromise with safety. #MyGov

Please allocate only five crores of rupees for each block for its infrastructure development which includes office building, residential building for staff and very strong communication system. When I was in Jagdishpur block in Bhojpur district of Bihar in 2015 most of the time internet connectivity problem arose and the senior officers ask BDOs to come to the district headquarters for the work to be done instead of acting to solve the internet problem.

Union Budget - suggestions - contd. XXV Labour as a vital factor of production, needs to be treated more fairly for long term success. No labour reforms will be possible unless there is a 'trust' between labour and management. Hence, organisations who promote best labour management practices, reskill their employees, set up skill based institutions, set up affordable housing projects, schools etc for their employee needs, need to be incentivized. I worked as a Block Development Officer in Bihar. As a BDO I realized that I am not able to implement the development and welfare schemes in true terms due to dominance of a few people, who in real terms can be called as DALALS. The only reason is the weak and vulnerable conditions of the Block office. If we make the block office strong, the implementation of all government schemes can be effectively done. The need of the hour is the RESTRUCTURING of the block office like Planning Commission.

To fulfill the dreams of our PM make in india the major hurdles that industries face are 1. TRUCK UNIONS Which create hurdles for transportation of finished goods from industries as only union trucks are allowed to move goods from one place to another. eg. THE NALAGARH TRUCK OPERATION UNION BADDI. you are requested to please remove these unnecessary restrictions. 2. Special Economic Zones be develloped. eg. IN PANCHKULA or near panchkula(HARYANA) it is a future a major place to invest.

RESPECTED SIR, IN OUR COUNTRY FOR MONITORING OF ECONOMIC OFFENCE MANY AGENCIES ARE ON THE FIELD THEN ALSO BUSINESS TO EXTRACT MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANY EFFORTS IS GOING ON.IT BECAME MENTALITY OF PEOPLE THAT WE WILL NOT PAY TAXES BUT EARN CRORES IN THE FORM OF BLACK ASSET. SO TO COLLECT MISSING NATIONAL REVENUE FROM BLACK MARKETERS CONCRETE MEASURES ARE REQUIRED FROM CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. THESE ALL BUSINESS INCLUDES BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, MEDICAL, EDUCATION ETC.

All claim payment (death claim, survival benefits like maturity, surrender and other oney back) of life insurance should be granted again the benefit of section 10 (10 D) of Income tax Act. Because taxes (income and service) are already collected by union government on these payments through insure.
