To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Exempt taxes upto for income below 5lakhs giving them more opportunity to save. Make TDS on deposits either compulsory or waive it off, as people as misusing or misunderstanding the use of 15G &15H. Convenience fees for online payments & bookings should be cancelled. POS transactions should not be charged with any surcharges. Cash withdrawals & deposits above 50000 should be banned & use of cheques & cards or Internet banking for dealings above 50000 per day per customer should be compulsory.

*Launch a scheme which will provide "subsidised" minimum 200MB 2G/3G Internet Data for those whose annual salary is less than "1.8 lakhs".This will provide Internet access to all poor and needy, hence ,will help in making Digital India Mission Successful. #Budget #UnionBudget #MyGov

Deduction for investment in Green Technologies Like 150000 deduction u/s 80C also allow deduction for investment in green technologies like solar power generators, solar heaters , solar powered vehicles, Electric cars and alike. Also it is very important to have a dedicated section for such deduction, say 50000 deduction u/s 80GT for Investment in Green Technologies. Regards Rahul Seth

Respected Sir/Madam , Below here is my most important suggestion. *Adopt "Finland" Education System for India New Education Policy without worry about revenue loss, it will however increase revenue after some years..This will increase country's literacy rate and will also produce most number of students with higher IQ's in the world. #Budget #UnionBudget #MyGov

मेरे भारत के representive हम भारतीय अभी भी टैक्स के बारे में जानकारी न होने से टैक्स को एक राक्षस रूपी रावण मानते है। सकारात्मक सोच के साथ टैक्स देने के लियें सुजाव है क्योंकि अभी भी हम लोग सिर्फ इस बात पर ध्यान देते है की टैक्स कैसे बचेगा ? परिस्तिथियों के समय, वह चाहे कोई प्राकर्तिक हो या कृतिम् इस के सरकार का जो account होता है जिसे national relife fund के नाम से जाना जाता है ,उसके अंदर जो भी contribution करता है उस राशि को पूर्णतया contributor की इनकम से सीधे ही घटा दिया जाये

Capital gain tax exception upto 1 lakh and above 1-5 lakhs 10% levied. This will improve the middle class participation in share market. Service tax in chitty may ban.Increse import duty on Gold.These are my suggestions for the budget2016.

Credit of Service Tax and CENVAT should be allowed only after making full payment against the purchase invoice. This will accelerate flow of funds and in turn, it will boost our economy to grow. Further, revenue of Service Tax and CENVAT will remain with government for longer time.
