To get effect of proposed GST, Central Excise Duty would be a destination based tax as against the present concept of origin based tax. Different concept of trader should be removed and instead of passing on CVD as per Purchase invoice, Excise Duty should be charged on % of sale value like a manufacturer. This will simply the procedure and there will be revenue increase to the tune of 30 to 40%.

#JanBhagidari The hashtag janbhagidari should also translate into Jan Hitkari meaning a people friendly budget with more freebies to the middle class people and the poor sections. Hoping its a progressive taxation and more benefits to women and senior citizens. Would appreciate if taxes are not taken through indirect taxes like service charges on purchase, spending etc. Medicine, life saving drugs, medical expenses are cut down.people above 75 to get more benefits as expenses are high.

Hi There, Sub:Civil Aviation policy I request the Govt. to do away with Unnecessary taxes and rules for the Airlines in India which is of no use to the common man. 1) Remove Unnecessary taxes on them so that they can offer cheaper airfare for long distance travel which will benefit common man to travel 2) Abolish irrelevant rules like there should be no airport within 150 KMS radius.the best Example is the HAL airport which is Idle but can be utilized for the short distance travel

Service Tax on life insurance policies is a bane to the industry especially in a country like India where no social insurance is available, service tax plays a deterrent role in people preferring life insurance, thus leaving devastating effects on the family and hence the society in the unfortunate death of the breadwinner. Hence, service tax on life insurance premium has to be abolished.
