Make it mandatory to file personal Balance Sheet as a part of Income Tax Return of all Individuals/HUFs having gross income above Rs.5 lakhs. This will help Govt. to get all information about personal assets/investments of assessees and improve Tax Compliance.

I have two suggestions to make a) For the income tax purpose, can some specific types of sectors be find out and be given tax exemptions to those who get salary from these industires…for ex in case of knowledge industires where the govt wants talent to work out…In this way, the salaries will be more attractive even if the industrialist or company pays the same amount. It can help in retaining some talent in India and who know we can have our next Sundar Pichai working here in india.

Please make it mandatory to use payment modes other than CASH for all transactions above Rs.10000 to get rid of black money in the country. All traders should be asked compulsorily to accept cheques/debit/credit cards from customers. Make income tax law as simple as possible so as to increase compliance by every citizen happily. Reduce the tax rate to 10% flat by removing all exemptions, deductions, benefits etc.

#Union Budget - suggestions - contd. XX Allocation to Sports/ Youth Affairs requires urgent attention. Majority of union budgets have paid lip service to this head. Reconditioning of infrastructure, additions of new stadiums in Naxal hit regions, North East, border areas, where there is raw talent and potential, will divert youth's 'oorja' towards productive activities and also create medal winners. Renovation / expansion of Youth Hostels urgent. Regards Rajkaran Singh Bhatti 9780005656

Sir, service tax paid by customers for services/goods is to be directly credited to govt a/c. by giving a acknowledgment number on the bill/receipt even for Rs.10/- by linking either to pancard or phone no so that the customer is satisfied that what he paid for is reached in safe hands. I have seen the cases where even bills paid by govt is including value of goods+tax, but the tax part is whether credited back or not is not ensured.

as if it is their right. Even though Guest House facilities are available no officer, except for a few, stay in these accommodation. They go for their entitlement and stay in Star Hotels enjoying free breakfast and free dinner when the poor find it difficult for a square meal per day. This is clear extravaganza. Like wise the implementation of bio-metric attendance system is not implemented in the Depots where the major chunk of overtime allowance is paid. Many employees abstain from their

This extravaganza is to be stopped since the poor are not even getting their share of the subsidy pie. The two things the government can think to curtail the expenditure on account of food subsidy and allowance is to extend the subsidy to the genuine and stop the perquisites to the employees and officers since the employees draw a fat amount as over time allowance and the officers as TA/DA. The government can call for the expenditure towards TA claimed by the officers who always travel by Air

I would like to say that the development of an area should be according to tax collected from the area. this should be done so that people would be more aware about their contribution to their nation
