Sir, 1.Please simplify the TDS provisions in relation to sale of immovable property by Non-residents, just like residents covered under section 194IA of the Income Tax Act, 1961. i.e TDS deduction, Payment to Govt. without TAN and return filing in form like 26QB instead of form 27Q.

Income Tax related for Salaried people Salaried people have to produce evidences of original medical bills to get tax rebate and again the limit is very low i.e. just 15000 /- Rs. Can i request to either get rid of those submissions or make make it implicit benefit like conveyance allowance ? Also it's time to increase this limit to atleast Rs 25000 to 30000 as medicines and medical services have become costly every since this rule was originally made. Same applies for LTA as well.

There are millions of senior citizens in this country whose only source of income is interest on the savings they may have accumulated after working for 30-40 years. There is no social security like the West for them. A single hospitalisation may wipe out these savings. Very few of them will be having Health insurance. Can we exempt interest on bank deposits for such citizens from income-tax? Discounting for inflation and after paying tax, bank deposits at present give negative returns.

#Budget Modify MV act to meet current dynamics for working middle class which keeps moving cities/ states seeking jobs & are harassed to pay road tax.Changing to 3 cities across state a person lands up paying almost half the vehicle price in road tax (refund never happens from the source RTO). The lifetime tax paid at any state while purchasing should provide person with ability to go and reside and drive anywhere in india. A nominal charge can be levied to get the address updated but why retax

House wife's(House makers) contribution to nation is also considerable. But they have no identification in the country's development. A rebate of Rs.25,000/- or Rs.30,000/-under 80ccc or 80cc to the husband may create a sense of belongingness to the countries development. This may be a popular step of my Govt to feel house makers a proud of them in nation building activity suggested by Padmanabha hegde ,hegdeps24@gmail.com

Exit Air India or disinvest with immediate effect. Government should not be in the business of managing an airline. Today there are sufficient private airlines in the country. India does not need a government to run an airline.
