Just one suggestion.. Kindly increase the tax on Alcoholic liquor because mostly customer wont complaint to that. But increase in potato, onion will bring people to road for protest. Whatever be the price of liquor people wont stop buying it and government will earn a lot of revenue from it.

No more money to Air India. Use it for better schools, hospitals or police - that is the primary duty of the Government. Running an airline that benefits a few elite is not how I would like to spend my tax money.

In order to increase the savings rate of general public a scheme in the form of Tax Free Interest Income from non-pre-maturable FDs of specific medium/long term durations (lets say minimum 5 yrs) done with Mudra Bank can be though of.
This will also give a perennial source of medium/long term funding to Mudra Bank.

no Government can assure cleanliness unless its citizen participate and normal citizen have been unable to understand the benefits of staying clean and keep their surroundings clean. 10 villages and 1 city from each state must be rewarded with 50%-100% relief from all taxes for 5-10 years. The spiralling effect in villages will perhaps cover more villages. Benefits to be withdrawn if cleanliness is not maintained. This will encourage sense of responsibility and participation. Please consider

Sir,
The early you implement e based official function, the early our country will be developed and corrupt free. Implementing e-office, work can be monitored directly by ministry without asking for repeated reports. Lots of time waste in Preparing report at every level and searching files which hampers welfare function n govt revenue. Sir, please recruit more skilled staff so that citizen charters can strictly be enforced.
So for this provision be made in this budget.
