Please do something for the senior citizens. They have to survive the rest of their life on their savings. We cannot expect them to go out and work and apart from their regular requirements, senior citizens have to spend on medical requirements as well. All senior citizens are not retired Govt employees and everyone does not get pension. Most of them are completely dependent on the bank interest from FDs. If the interest rates on FDs go down like this it will be impossible for them to survive.

Tax exemption limit under section 80C should be increased by assigning a dedicated section for ELSS and Tax saving FD's.
Construction of public toilets and availability of dustbins alongside the highways or major roads.
One employee - one tree kind of movement should be considered.
Railway projects especially of Mumbai and other metros should be fast tracked.

5.Premium paid of Life insurance policy is a savings of an individual. These insurance products have the life risk coverage.Hence, to induce savings , these Insurance products should be exempted from the levy of Service tax. Likewise thee Pension products like Jeevan Akshay should be treated like deposits with Insurance company. There should not be any levy of Service tax and any other cess, at the time of investment by the investors..#Budget

Sir,
Please remove service tax on the commissions of all insurance agents and mutual fund agents as we all are lacking interest in promoting the products to the public due to very less commission whichforreducedinoneofthe past financial years and upon that now additional S.T. which is a burden us. You can imply on those agents who fall under 30% tax category. We are who educate the public about the essential of insurance. Please check How far the Online process is implemented?

Service tax is being paid by all the customers on the insurance products whether there is any insurance element exists or not. To promote old age provisions, service tax on the pension products must be removed immediately as there is no insurance element therein.
