On FDs, PPF and NSC interest rates:
Moreover, govt is pushing Jan dhan yojana. What is the point if people cannot save money through JDY using FDs, PPF? With higher rates of PPF, NSC, FDs, bank can get more money which might available to the govt for spending.

My suggestion is to give low budget tant to all poor people who is living on road side or without any home. These will give protection against weather to all poor families. Also, help to make area nice. These tant will cover area of sliping, cooking, urinial facelity. These will give proper accomodation till all people have new subsidise houses. These will improve health of poor families, also new job will create to make tants.

1.The income of the Husband and wife can be clubbed and prescribed a reasonably lower rate for Income tax on Joint married, as done in Foreign Countries including US.
2.The Banks need to be instructed to give the TDS certificates for Pension drawn and TDS deducted on Pension and Fixed Deposits, in the Financial year for the year ending 31st March say withing a month i.e. by end April, to enable filing of IT returns on time, by the Senior Citizens.

My suggestion is to keep camera at mobile towers, with interlink with control room of safety & security department. We can multipal use of mobile towers. These will help us in traffic controll, traft control, pollution watch, etc.

Namaste,My humble submission is on service tax on life insurance premium. A life policy is a thrift fund for basic needs in case of sudden demise of the earner. Service provider is engaged in shifting the risk of assured to a fund and managing from premium.Arguably service tax is levied on service provided but here the nature is service to basic need and not service for pleasure need.So service tax on life insurance may be considered for withdrawal considering life policy a social need. Regds.

Interest rates for saving accounts, fixed deposits, Saving certificate schemes and PPF should be raised. FDs and savings accounts are the means for not so rich classes (like old people and people who does not have option of pension) to save/invest money.
In the time of high inflation, their interest rates are not par with inflation rate.
In the absence of social security, FDs, NSCs must have inflation rate par with inflation.
Limited saving options of small savers should be spared.
