Respected sir,By Profession I am chartered Accountant, I will try to bring your attention on subjective issues, if possible then do needful. Sir, there is a need to centralize the licence which is issued by local authority like trade licence, profession tax, fire licence, weight and measurement licence particularly in rural area. Because in rural area people are bound to give bribe for licence related work. 2. Need to increase the basic exemption limit.

If we really want to encourage people to leave their subsidy on LPG, then we will be encouraged if there will be no tax on the LPG payment. Now people think that we leave the subsidy and buying LPG on the hard earned money which is taxed. What for should we leave the subsidy?

I would further like to suggest that the people those who are homeless and having pathetic economic conditions must be taken care of. We feel very disappointed to see such people roaming on the roads and moreover every year thousands of them die due to severe climatic conditions. A provision in budget should be kept for the special homes and treatment of these people. They must be rehabilitated. A committee should be framed in each district to take care and send these people to right place.
