High time making people friendly policies for increasing the peoples love for public transport, here are suggestions:
• Right now metro in Chennai costs Rs. 40 for 10KM trip which is very costly.
• First & foremost the Govt. should NOT look for profits in public transport.
• Make public transport affordable to poor people by subsidizing the public transport heavily....
• If required Double/Triple Tax the private owners. Remove TAX concessions on buying cars.
• Increase the frequency

Respected sir,By Profession I am chartered Accountant, I will try to bring your attention on subjective issues, if possible then do needful.
Sir, there is a need to centralize the licence which is issued by local authority like trade licence, profession tax, fire licence, weight and measurement licence particularly in rural area. Because in rural area people are bound to give bribe for licence related work.
2. Need to increase the basic exemption limit.

with stock market crash and fall in interest rates, retired persons have been severely impacted, unable to earn a reasonable return on retiral funds.Kindly
1) Permit EPF and Superannuation funds to continue upto age of 65, even without no principal accretions to same.
2) Permit annual withdrawals from these post age of 58 for funding post retiral expenses.
3) Savings bank interest - taxfree post age of 58.
4) Commuted & annuity receipts from Superannuation funds to be made taxfree

If we really want to encourage people to leave their subsidy on LPG, then we will be encouraged if there will be no tax on the LPG payment. Now people think that we leave the subsidy and buying LPG on the hard earned money which is taxed. What for should we leave the subsidy?

I would further like to suggest that the people those who are homeless and having pathetic economic conditions must be taken care of. We feel very disappointed to see such people roaming on the roads and moreover every year thousands of them die due to severe climatic conditions. A provision in budget should be kept for the special homes and treatment of these people. They must be rehabilitated. A committee should be framed in each district to take care and send these people to right place.

Provide massive funds to IGNOU / NPTEL and NCVT -MES to promote distance learning and skills Training in a big way, so that education reaches all sections of the society and to achieve massive skill development Targets. Provide funding to private promoters to start ITI and government can bear the fees to be paid to Quality Council of India for accredation.Increase the fees that can be charged from ITI Trainees to same fee/hr as Govt provides for various skill training schemes to encourage ITI
