1. The Budget for the 2016-17 should emphasized on health, education and enhancement of agricultural products in our country. The health policies are costlier compared to other countries. The Budget should have provision for cheaper health insurance on the principles of Govt.& Public partnership resulting to maximum benefit to the people (must be more than 10 lakhs per annum). The generic medicines stores should be opened in each and every district and the Govt. hospitals should be renovated.

Reduce fund allocation to regular stream of higher education as the same has proven to be ineffective and resulted in large stream of unemployable graduates. Increase and provide massive funds for Skill Development Initiatives under PMKVY to NCVT -MES scheme as Vocational Training providers could not conduct courses due to lack of fund allocation.Discourage PMKVY Training using NSDC/SSC Partners as they extract 30 to 40% margin from Franchise conduct the skill trainings &takes risks

Black money is a problem in the country and the PM and this government has repeatedly said that they want to weed out Black Money from the system. To encourage use of plastic money (Credit Card), a major contributor will be to waive Service Tax and Cess on Credit Card Bills.
Today people have to pay about 14% more on the amount paid by credit card due to tax on bill generated for credit card payment and thus use cash

With reference to run down towards Union Budget 2016-17, an important tax provision recommendation under existing 80 CCD (1B)of the Income Tax Act having impact on the working and the self employed individual has been presented in the annexed pdf.
It is expected that the tax treatment for NPS Tier II account would be positively clarified/ addressed in the Budget.
All the best!!!

"No more money to Air India. Use it for better schools, hospitals or police - that is the primary duty of the Government. Running an airline that benefits a few elite is not how I would like to spend my tax money".

Service tax needs to be abolished on commission from Mutual Fund selling to Independent Financial Advisors.
Limit should be raised to 2.5 Lakhs for deductions under tax saving schemes with additional 1 lakh for investments only in ELSS or Pension schemes.
