Solar policy can be formulated in the budget wherein Tax incentives should be given to mobile tower companies who change their diesel generators to solar .Tax incentives can be given to bank ATM's if they change their power supply to solar.

This regarding onling railway booking for passenger trains. Now online booking is not allowed for passengers trains. On certain sectors there is connecting passenger trains ( for eg. TVM- coimbatore- After taking Amrita express form TVM to Palaghat, there is a connecting paasenger train to Coimbatore. Travellers will hardly get time to buy tickets at Palaghat for passenger trains. Why can't allow online booking for Passenger train along with booking ticket in Amrtia Express?

give incentive for credit/ debit card payments and encourage people to use card. transactions will be transparent and taxable!
if a person owns more than 1 four wheeler, extra taxes should be levied- this can reduce the traffic congestion also.and only persons with valid drivers license should be allowed to purchase a vehicle.

Suggestions regarding making birth registration mandatory to enjoy any service (subsidised/non-subsidised).
There should be mobile app or online faclity for compulsary birth registration, whether a child is born in village/town/city/govt. hospital/private hospital/own residence etc. There should be unique number alloted to each child born & it must be valid in whole country.
If a child birth is not registered, then he/she must not get any facility or even school admission.
