To increase the land under irrigation, still there is so much good fertile land but due to water scarcity crop production is low. Some part of the budget must be for that. For salaried people standard deduction may be around Rs.5 Lac.

use of bridges.at our 40 lakh km road network and railway netwok there must be 10 lakh bridges having height above 5 feet.,take the help of collums of these bridges to operate kolhapur bandhara in which at end of rainy season water can be stored.if properly deepning and widening is done we can store enough water to irrigate 100 acres of land from each bridge for rubby season.strengthning of bridges collum will cost very low and also save time,

SIR,
in each state there is problem of quality teachers bin schools.state govts are deploying teachers on daily wages (namely guest teacher, pta teacher siksha mitre etc) Instead of this there should be a policy where TECHERS shpuld be categorized under A,B&C.with different pay scales. with highest being A category and these will be evaluated after each 5 year (or 10 year)through tests. c being in lowest grades and can upgrade to b or A through careful scrutiny.

Respected Sir,my suggestion is about imposition of service tax on mutual funds agents.Logically this service tax is the liability of Assets managing cos.but we the small agents who work hard to mobilise funds and create awareness among masses to save & invest their money in right asset class. We earn very little fee against our hard work.Kindly abolish this service tax for agents as was before in previous govt.Sir this is our only source of income.Kindly look into this and make us feel good.
