6 2% discount on purchases of FMCG through credit or debit card may help consumers to push retailers to deal in white. Thus with a rough estimate of retailer margin on a gross sales, small to medium retailers having 80% or more revenues in black may be enforced to pay true level of taxes
7 PPF cycle should be reduced to 5 yrs from current 8 yrs. Besides, full PPF should be allowed to be withdrawn after 5 yrs with 20% TDS if someone has urgent need of funds

Dear Sir, many individuals who already have residential dwelling unit in their name -- are buying 2nd / 3rd / 4th --- flat / home / plot of lands. They take bank loan at a lower interest rate of housing loan and also claim tax benefits.
Let such individual buy additional housing properties -- but without the benefit of the lower interest on home loan and the tax benefits for such additional housing properties be withdrawn.

4 No paper needs to be submitted upto LTA of Rs 25,000 per yr or Rs 50,000 for a 2 yr block
5 Tax net should spread for small and medium businessmen. Till now, a salaried person with salary of even 3 lakh per annum has to pay tax sincerely, whereas a kirana store / small shop owners earning even Rs 30 lakh per annum show very low / nil taxable income. Tax net should cover these tax thefts probably with more tracking at distributor and dealer levels for FMCG products

1. Peak rate of taxatuon for Individuals should decline in the same manner as for peak rate for corporates which is expected to decrease to 25% in 4 yrs.
2 Slabs for income tax should be increased to 3 lakh, 6 lakh and 12 lakh for 10%, 20% and 30% tax respectively. If increasing slabs especially lowest one may lead many people going out of tax net, the rates may be decreased to 8%, 18% and 28% respectively.
3 Investment under sec 80C should be increased to 2 Lakh per annum

Dear sir as govt. Wants to remove blackmoney. You should wave capital gain tax on urban agriculture land who's land is from their grandfather. & ask them to take all the money by cheque because there is no tax on sell of agricultural and land. hence black money will decrease gradually.

HRD Minister of India should come up with one new book, which basically based on the Job profile like Photographer, Engineering, Medical, Bio-Technology, Lawyer, Public service (include UPSC,SSB,SSC)and many more area.So My idea is basically launch one book by NCERT title by "GuideIndia" for class 5th to 10th student. I think its our Government responsibility to provide guidance to our student to choose career.#UnionBudget

18) The rules framed must be in simple language and devoid of ambiguity or misinterpretation.A rupee from each indian a day will yield a lot more than the present tax system.so a contribution of Rs 1 per day will yield a bounty..

15) A Prepaid debit card may be introduced for payment of Toll on National Highways that has validity across the nation so that they can swipe and go without waiting for longtime
16) Service Tax on Insurance Policies may be relooked at
17) The present on ambiguity or no wage ceiling for newspaper establishments for pF contbn which is not applicable to Television and Digital Media is a bit contrarian,Hence it is suggested fixed wage ceiling of Rs15000 may also be applicable like others

In continuation of my previous suggestion to increase fertiliser subsidy allocation by roughly 50%, I would like to highlight major benefits of the same:
1 Timely subsidy payment to urea and another fertiliser cos will help farmers and encourage producers to have clarity on receivable and liquidity position
2 interest cost for cos would decrease making them more efficient
3 Govt of India has been providing interest subsidy through special banking arrangement to fert cos, which will be saved
