12) The term consultants has now been freely used and the provision of TDS is being used for payments .a clarity as to who is a consultant in simple language will help
13) The process of submission of proofs for claiming income tax exemption to employers must be minimised and rationalised to reduce paper work and digitised without pdf requirement
14)The PPF accounts must be reinvigorated and withdrawal cycle should be reduced for easy access of funds in case of need .. in case of EPF also.

Fertiliser subsidy has been around Rs 60,000 to 70,000 crore per annum for last few yrs. However, for last 3-5 yrs, subsidy allocation has been sufficient only to cover 6 months subsidy as the rest goes in meeting past yr subsidy receivables. This time, through advantage of lower urea prices and higher excise collection enabled due to low crude, fertiliser subsidy allocation should be increased to 1.5 times so that it covers past receivable bills as well as full expected burden for 2016-17.

10) reimbursements have become norm these days and the process of exempting reimbursements such as petrol , telephone etc needs to be looked into once again
11) Ambiguity as to what constitutes salary for statutory purposes under various act such as PF ESI etc needs to unequivocally made clear due to varying interpretations of different Govt organisation. May be a code as to what % would form part as salary,% as HRA etc across the nation would help in formalising a uniform sal structure

Dear PM Modiji,
Regarding Railway Reservation Form.
Many times people collect bundle of railway reservation plain forms (Paper) and waste more often as examples like
1. Use at home or clean their mouth as tissue papers.
2. Some times they fill 3 forms like for various train numbers to the same destination and throw other 2 if first form they receive reservation.
My suggestions are
1. Make this railway reservation form with nominal cost.
Thanks,
Ramesh

8) Pension for Widow and Children for Employees died while in service may be enhanced to Rs 5000/- per month for Spouse and Rs 2000/- per month for children upto 25 years. The present ceiling of first two children getting pension and then on seniority upto 25 years seems to be god in intent but with children losing parent ,may be considering option for pension for all children immediately
9)Process for Pension for disabled children of Employee under EPFO to be simplified
