To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Sir jai hind Person who are mediater for selling and purchasing lands ; some small city builders are not filling tax because they are not ragistered any where .for that we need to register them on by providing them a registration no by this for all selling and purchaing will be mendatory with their adhar no and pan no.by this way we can improve our tax system.

Sir, I would like to draw kind attention towards Service Tax on Insurance Policies. It is imposed on insurance premium, but if we talk about LIC's Jeevan Akshey Policy i.e. Immediate Annuity Plan, where Insurance is ZERO, than why our Govt. is charging Service Tax. My request & suggestion to remove Service Tax on specially on Jeevan Akshey Plan. Mitesh Surana

Kindly eliminate the need to carry multiple cards (PAN, Voter, Driving etc.,) by integrating with Aadhar. Also, make Aadhar electrically readable like a bank debit card.

Respected PM, I am a mutual fund distributor from last 5 years a working as a small enterprenure in tune with startup India. Earlier we are free from service tax now we have included in it. In total we are paying tax @44.5% including service tax. We mobilise retail participation in equity market through SIP at present approx.70k crores per month pan india wise coming in equity market and through we are becoming strong to counter FII movement in our market. Requested to remove service tax.

#Budget, #UnionBudget, #MyGov Modiji, 1.Please include Mobile app for grievance redressal. Again the complaints and secret information should be taken care of. 2. Waste to energy and fuel: Fuel generated from plastic waste should be utilized for running public transport, so tha transportation becomes cheap. 3. Solar panels, waste disposal, green construction must be made mandatory in smart building rules.

Looking forward for a more dynamic and vibrant budget as most of the key economics variable are in favor of Indian Govt. Also, request to rationalize the input credit mechanism for mutual fund distributors on the service tax levied, in line with other industry.

Toll booth function must be transparent. More money is going to the company. Minimize the burden on aam admi. 3to 4 times the amount is accredited to them via agreement. This is not right on behalf of government.
