1.Tax deducted at source is not marked adjusted after submission of return.after marking we may identifiy the undisclosed income.2.nominal amount of 1/- be deducted at source from pension so that undisclosed income may be identified.in my view amrmed forces employees retireing after 15 years are given reservation in other services .its most easy to hide one salary as that is not taxable.

Some age old deductions for salaried individuals which need to change 1.Taxfree medical reimbursement perk under Sec 17 still remains at Rs. 15,000 p.a. Raise the limit considering the increasing costs of medicines 2.Leave Travel Assistance does not cover foreign tours expense. Pls include it for claiming taxfree expenses. 3. Conveyance and Vehicle maintenance expenses deduction is the same whether it is in cities like Mumbai and other towns. Deduction should be higher for cities

Sir Though India has excellent climatic conditions, Natural resources and human resources compared to most of the developed nations, the basis of our backwardness is the all pervading, rampant corruption in our system. There are two elements one is bring awareness in each individual and other one the existing system which is encouraging corruption.Even if a honest man is absorbed into our existing Government Machinery, he has to be mute witness, or transferred to irrelevant post .Implement BTT

In countries like Israel they have National Defence Fund which is 100% tax free and people across world can donate. This fund is rainy day fund for government to pay military and purchase arms in case of long and prolonged war. Such funds are not there in India, what we have is contribution for war widows which is named as national defence fund. These funds are handy and during war by time you create such fund during war it may be over.

No More Money to Air India. The population at large does not need the services of Air India since as of date almost all major cities and towns in India are connected through private airlines and the Indian Rail network. No need to burden the Indian taxpayers with this loss making service. Use the funds instead in improving infrastructure in tier 2 and tier 3 cities and towns
