We Indians with low income find hard to live.To keep us living govt hospitals, govt PDS,govt bus, trains, schools is vital. But due to poor mgmt people does not getting from govt benefits.Instead of govt operating them allow private to undertake, run them, all staffs are private persons,They work hard to give good standards.Govt should form set of rules & procedure & use Think tank to evolve this process for success.Private can easily questioned,on going away from standards they can be fined easily

Increase the limit of standard deduction to 10 lakhs and remove all the exemptions. This simplifies the tax process where we have multiple clauses for exemptions. The current limit is not as per the living standard and the middle class people are earning between 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs. We are paying multiple taxes (Service Tax, VAT etc., ) after paying the income tax as well. #Budget

Concessions can be thought of for states which introduce solar / wind power establishments within the financial year as credits. Excess clean and alternate power generated by states can be given such credits this can be extended to organizations within the state. Excise / Customs duty on solar panels can be given credit in line with MODVAT/CENVAT to state governments who follow and attain high alternate energy generating status
