Sir, Many innocent people are being deceived by many private financial institutions/players by offering more returns, say double in 3 years /higher rate of interest/gifts etc. After some time they vanish and invested people are suffering a lot. Rules to be framed to curb such FIs/people. Such fraud people should be punished heavily with rigorous imprisonment so that poor investors could be saved .Have stringent rules/laws for financial frauds / fraudsters.

Free or heavily subsidized food or other essential services should available only to people who are not in working age group (children up to 21 years, elders above 60 years, handicapped persons or other specifies persons who cannot work ). For others provide skill, opportunities etc but nothing should be free except for specified groups .Real objective of the Government free or heavily subsidized Schemes such as MNREGA , Food Security etc. is not welfare of poor

Exemption in TDS compliances should be made . Like TDS not be deducted in case of payment to companies having specified turnover. The company having specified turnover should give declaration to deductors to take exemption. different rates of petrol, etc should be set for different vehicles. like for private cars rate should be higher. public transport vehicles like buses, rickshaws should be lower rates.

In longer run Milk of Cow and Ghee will make more contribution towards GDP and this will make Farmer self sufficient. 2) Every village to have one Gobar Gas plant which should be used as refilling cylinder for home cooking purpose. Gobar gas being cheaper and indigenous will save lot of money.Plant to be set up by Govt help with technology and maintenance for first 3 years. This will save lot of money and will help in Fiscal deficit target as well.

I have further suggestion to improve agriculture growth in country. Since large livelihood is on agriculture and allied industry. Following suggestions will help to improve agricultural share and make our villages and Farmers self sufficient. 1) Government to launch two Cow per Family program in all villages. These to be donated by Government to Farmers Family to improve Livestock contribution to overall GDP which is around 4%. As per me this will increase to 5% of overall GDP.

To the prime minister and Minister of Finance I listen to all your speeches and man ki bat every month. My name is Dr Anil Kumar Proag from MAURITIUS. I have a suggestion for you for SWATCH BHARAT, KHADI UDYOG and JUTE industry. YOU have to Ban plastic bags in India within 6 months to control pollution. Instead people can use khadi and jute bags, which will give lakhs of job to the poor to make and sell these bags. It will be MAKE IN INDIA and MADE IN INDIA.

My 2nd suggestion is India has over 1 million soldiers. Why not use them to build 16 lanes large roads for Indian air force plane to land along the border. It will also help tourism in those areas if there is good road. LOVE U BLESSINGS.

Subject: Food Security Act is the biggest mistake India might have made till date. Dear Sir, India as a nation has made big mistakes on the economic and the financial front in the nearly 66 years that it has been independent, but the passage of the Food Security Bill, might turn out to be our biggest mistake till date. Major breakthrough scheme for future corruption. It will have disastrous impact on inflation, work culture and productivity in all sectors of economy.
