In Bangalore whenever a person takes home on rent , he ends up paying the huge deposit to the landlord its 11 months rent , Landlord enjoy the rent received and also the interest on the deposit and also claims for expenses U/s 24 where as the tenant himself pays for the painting expenses when he vacates the house. We request to have some strict regulation on this as all the incomes goes unrecorded as most of landlords wants rent/deposit in cash and also does not provide the receipt.

I often hear from the poor farmers. They say that this govt is opposite of farmers. India can never be progressed if condition of villagers and farmers not improved. You should more emphasis your policies on welfare of farmers as no industry can boom the economy untill there is a rise in demand from the more than 60% of people. For this, there should well awareness program or campaign at each gram panchayat level for each policy and scheme. As villagers are highly unaware of such schmes.

On January 14, 2016,the price of Indian Crude Oil was at Rs 1,773.19 per barrel containing 159 litres. This means that one litre of the Indian Basket of Crude Oil costed Rs. 11.2o. Now a days One litre bottled water costs Rs 20. On 01.02.2016 Indian Crude priced at Rs. 13.25 per litre. It is Grossly Illegal to not to reduce Petrol prices as Indian Government has already deregulated oil prices on 25.10.2010. Chief Justice of Supreme/High Courts must intervene and pass Suo-Motto verdict.
