To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Pl remove all rebates/deductions / exemptions etc (as much as feasible) for calculating Income and increase the slab for Incometax. Levy a provisional ITax on all purchases say @0.51% for Rs 2-5 lac & 1% for purchases above Rs 10 lac. In case the assesses feel ITax not due, they can file IT return to get refund. This will increase the Tax base & would tax Black money also. Max tax avoided by shopkeepers/ businessmen, Prof like doctors,Lawyers, CAs, Realtors , Architects, Tutors & this require

मननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर नमस्कार। आपकी योजना कौशल विकास के संबंध में मैं अपनी व्यक्तिगत सुझाव देना चाहता हूँ।ITI ही कौशल विकास के आधारभूत संस्थान हैं। लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से वर्तमान समय में ITI's में गुणवत्ता-परक शिक्षण का अभाव है। और इसका मुख्य कारण है वर्तमान समय में ITI's में अप्रशिक्षित अनुदेशको/शिक्षकों को भर्ती किया जाना। DGET ही देश की 6 ATI संस्थानों में CITSकरवाता है ITI's में केवल CTI/CITS ट्रेनिंग लिए हुए प्रशिक्षित अनुदेशकों को ही भर्ती करना सुनिश्चित करें ताकियुवाओं में कौशल विकास हो

A family group health policy could also be used to cover people of 75 yrs and above that is not normally covered by most policies.Easier to do establish genetic disease patterns in families based on sibiling health data etc and created a focussed health policy deriving maximum benefits with minimal primium costs.This policy funds could be used to grow medical colleges in India and so forth besides offering health insurance covers for all family members

Sir Finance minister please release some money a d fund for the sugar industry OR the sugar cane farmers because the financial condition of farmers is very bed .you know also this .so please help the farmers .and giving help you them.

A family group health policy will also enable lower policy costs for families, enable policy providers to analyze family health patterns and tune the policy accordingly, everyone feeling responsible & caring for everyone else in family. This will bring about a gross change of attitude of people too reviving values & strengths of large & joint families although people live in different locations for career & living needs.

Kindly introduce a group health insurance policy for large families. In our family many of us have insurance but possibly never claimed.But one of my uncle who is illiterate did not have one.When he fell ill, although i helped them financially, felt it would have been great if my policy could have covered their hospitalisation. Such a family group policy will bring nuclear families closer & feel mutually responsible and together during times of such needs. No one in family will feel uncared for.

Sir, Best Chief Minister, Home Minister, Police Chief awards to be introduced. It helps to State wise improvement by infrastructure, business, crime less or less crime etc. For impartial for award Supreme Court retired judges committee to be formed.

sir,mnerga ko 10 sal ho gaya hai par uska result jamin taur pe kuch nahi dikh rha hai. mera suggestion bas ye hai ki farmers ke kuck aisa ap log kare ki unhe farming chodna pade, kyu ki uh farmers hi hai jinki vjah se hame khana khane ko milta hai.mera suggestion hai ki jis tarah apne sach bharat abhiyan ke liye 0.5 cess lagaya hai vaise hi farmers ki jaroort puri karne ke liye ap cess lagaye. uska alag se account ho aur use har koi check kar sake ki uska paisa kaha use hua.
