To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

there should be nation wide innovation promotion with good budget allocation with proper accountability and target (like 15% or more return on investment annually). India can only move to next stage only and only if we committed to innovation and creativity in all walks of life starting from nursery education . we need to have policy for usage of our brain power.

No Income tax on SSI units,up to sale of 1.5 cr,benefit should be in form of 6% int earning govt 5 year bond, means unit first have to pay tax and get refund after 5 years.Audit by CA compulsory for this exemption.Exemption should be granted to units working on Industrial patta sud plots only,may be on rent,it would promote regularized city development.Data of units claiming exemption should be made public on internet,so anyone can see and complaint,if any.Suitable rewards for one who complains.

Dear Sir, I think, the IT professionals in big cities, have suffering more with their income, i.e. actual TDS, high House Rent, conveyance, education loan and other day to day living things. and also they have to suffer all other taxes without any relaxation. I request that suitable consideration may be given such professionals to retain them here with satisfaction. Don't allow the Brain drain.

IOC/BPC and HPC are in retail business of MS&HSD supplied on "Delivered Basis", All responsibility for product transport lies with the PSUs. To ensure the quality and quantity , these companies spend a lot of money in continuously improving the locking system. Along with that Human resource too is invested in tendering the contracts,administering the fleet and managing Supply with limited TTs.As these areas have never been the core competency the supply should be made ExMI for more effectiveness
