Respected Finance Minister, Please find some of my suggestions:
1. Promote usage of Plastic money. When we use cards for payment it attracts service charges. It should be made the other way around. Usage of cash should attract Service tax so that people refrain from using it.
2. Lot of shop owners don't provide bills and use just estimate note.(Especially who sell FMCG. There are cases where they sell more than a lakh rupees per day but show no income. Need to control these.

Honourable Prime Minister Of India,
I am Omkar Bhate, currently an MS in Biotechnology student wt Northeastern University, USA, but also a proud Indian. Being a Biotechnology student, I know it can come up with some big solutions for pollution levels and renewable energy. Biofuels, as you must be knowing, are a promising and LESS POLLUTING alternative to petrol/diesel. Thus,I would like to request you to increase Government's spending on R&D in Biofuels.
A proud Indian,
Omkar Bhate.

Kindly cancel some service tax(would not affect common people). Budget should be for education, employment and entrepreneurs.

Today all news paper reported our PM wealth where in it was mentioned that property value increased by 26 times from 2002 to 2015 i.e. in 13 years.
This shows the level of speculation in real estate.
If Govt. Is serious about housing for all then it has to stop this speculation by withdrawing all home loans benefits except self occupied homes in this budget.
Sale of any flat taken on home loan should be termed illegal for minimum 20 yrs as in Singapore.
Also increase RR price and stamp duty.

Govt must ensure that the STARTUPS of PM'S vision really do some contribution . For this the E-Tendering condition of existing quantum of business with Govt/semigovt needs to be waived in the case of Startups. They have talent but opportunities are denied may be in the interest of existing old vendors. Re.serve certain business for STARTUPS

with the revival of global economy the crude prices may hover in the range of 60 to 80 Dollars per barrel (nearly twice the current price) in 2018-19. With the general election round the corner then,it will pose serious challenge to keep the inflation and CAD within limits that year.
With this scenario in mind, strategically it would be a game changing move if we could buy and store 100 million ton of crude at a price of Rs.1.5 lakh crores now ( which is nearly half
