This will curb smuggling, black money. 2. To augment Swatch abhiyan, please remove all taxes on the Swatch abhiyan products particularly Waste management / recycling of the sewerage and effluent treatment plants / rain water harvesting etc. Ours is a housing society with Sewerage treatment plant.

Payment by Plastic Money: Most of the people in India have the bank account and they have debit card as minimum. To stop black money circulation at both the buyer and seller ends government shall make compulsory to use plastic money (debit/credit card) for any purchase of 5000 or more. This can be made implemented in the tier wise cities in phase manner. This can help government to track the money movement. This can control the black money. This save cost of currency printing.

Hello Paying Service tax for professional services (consultants) is becoming increasingly difficult due to non-recovery of payments from corporate companies. As the delayed payments go beyond 5 to 6 months, any receipts go to staff, contract payments and household needs. Then it becomes difficult to pay service tax. Suggestion: If the company taking services do not pay the dues within 6 months/ current FY, then they must be paying applicable service directly to governement

It is practically impossible to maintain a family of 4 heads in a metro city with just ₹25000 per month Therefore, even ₹3,00,000 taxable income limit is too low. Enhance the limit & help the middle class to survive.

A small amendment to Income Tax Act will boost investments in commercial properties which will be useful for strengthening PRIME MINISTER'S MAKE IN IN INDIA drive. At present reinvestment of long term capital gain in only residential properties is exempted. What is required is that the investment of such capital gain also be allowed in commercial/manufacturing properties. This will add muiliplying more employment.
