To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Eliminate trader from agriculture. Trade is buying cheap and selling dear. The trader extorts the farmers to buy cheap. He hoards. Sells dear. Thus exploits consumers. Can't the farmers sell themselves!Remove all other traders. Let only co-operative societies trade. Create (nation-wide) online demand supply and cost analysis software. Provide transport facility to the co-operatives societies initially.Perhaps I dare to hope that this doesn't fall into deaf ears or dead souls.

46. High taxes on plastic products. 47. High taxes on heavy duty printers etc which allow more paper use. 48. High taxes on alcohol served in Bars etc if more than 60 ml consumed. 49. High taxes on sedans, SUVs etc which require more parking space & pollute more. 50. High taxes on imported garments, shoes, liquor, personal items etc. 51. High taxes on very High-end electronic goods. 52. High taxes on jewellery items. 53. High taxes on private air travel (Chartered).

when a govt can pay benefit if a person goes on HAJ = then y not is other persons like us wants to go on amarnath, mansarovar, OR surashtra darshan or any other ? modi sir, think on it

Sir namasKar, I request you that when we accept the cheques against Payment that cheque got bounced and bank impose penalty while we haven't our fault ,bank must impose a huge penalties on that account holders who release cheques without insufficient amount , please consider this issue because this change can save money and time of courts and govt thanking you jai hind .

39. Govt Initiatives to replace NGOs & encouragement to Start Ups working towards Nation-Building projects like education, women empowerment, Clean India etc. 40. Waiver for paying taxes for past (Full Unconditional One-Time Waiver). 41. More educative programmes on taxation system, methods to file taxes etc. 42. Reduce taxes on television entertainment. 43. No tax on imported life-saving drugs & equipment. 44. Stricter Anti-Corruption laws & initiatives. 45. High taxes on beauty products.

Most of the tax burden is borne by the employees because they can not hide their income, whereas the businessmen and shopkeepers can easily hide their income. Therefore, I request to PM and FM to included those people also by sone lumpsum tax method, so that they could share the burden.

30. Build National Command Centre in Delhi & another in Non-Seismic Zone. 32. Construct Underground Habitation Centres near volatile IB for safety of citizens. 33. Quadcopters for security surveillance in cities & towns. 34. Air Mules for relief operations during floods / earthquake etc. 35. Separate lanes for cyclists in all cities where feasible. 36. Full-Body scanners at Airports. 37. National Security App wherein all citizens can be connected mandatorily. 38. Gun Control laws.
