Suggestions: 1. Aadhar number can also work as PAN for individuals. This will enhance better tracking of financial activities apart from bringing ease to individual tax payers. 2. Deductions under sec 80 provide more tax relief to individuals falling under higher tax slabs (more than 30%) than small tax payer (nearly 10%). A standard rebate of 30% will incentivise more number of individuals for savings. 3. Short term capital gains on Listed Securities is 15% even for persons in 10% tax slab

1. There is provision in IT Act for exemption on interest paid towards education/housing loan. I suggest that Expenses on Higher Education through personal loan should also be exempted (on Interest paid on personal loan taken for Higher Education). 2. Scheme for On Demand Electric Connection for Agriculture (not on lower rate but as applicable to Domestic/Industrial connections) to all applicant farmers should be introduced. This will save oil and subsidy on it.

There is a gab between Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Commerce i.e. between Customs and DGFT. There are 2 issues still pending for about 4 months. Because of not updating new HS Code 63029190 in lieu of old HS Code 63029100 from April 2015 to October 2015 we are unable to apply for MEIS incentive. 2. One imported machinery under EPCG Scheme got damaged while unloading on 10, 9. 2015. They supplier asked us to return to them for repair and return. But Customs didn't give approval.

Most business people are out of IT net. Efforts should be made to bring them into IT net. Only salaried and pensioners are in the net. Also the Granite and minerals are swindled by private people. If govt takes over this trade huge revenue will come to govt. Please think over the modelities and take over the trade.
