Real estates dealings are one of the generators of Black money. There is wide difference between the market value and the registration value in many places. The difference between registration value and actual selling price( as per market value) is dealt in cash and the registration is done for the registration vale as given by the Govt. . There should be a mechanism to catch this.one way to know is to ask thebuyer to submit his banka/c statements for the cash transactions and what he had done

Only salaried people are taxed exactly on their income. Of course except corrupt officials who cannot disclose their illegitimate income. Big lawyers/ big doctors and other professionals prefer cash payment for their services and no receipt is given. There should be a sporadic check on such people by employing vigilant squads ,and any public who had such experience should be encouraged to disclose the names and addresses of such people and the Govt can easily call for their disclosures

1% of assessee's tax should go to a pin code decided by the assessee anywhere in India which will help him choose the area of development where his money will go and he can enjoy the fruits of development directly.
This motivates him to pay further tax.

Further to mymessage, if at all the foreign exporter is not accepting l/csbut insisits on advance remittance, the bank should obtain a credit report about the foreign exporter. Our embassys can help .Banks should have on line access with the customs dept to verify the Bill of Entry submitted by the importers to know that the goods have been actually imported. Such steps will curb frauds..
