To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Sir though this data could not be fitted once hence the chip on the card will help the different departments to edit and our data on the card. This will facilitate us to have only one card for many purpose and will also be helpful in social security. This card could further facilitate with auto upgradation of voting rights once you attain the age of 18years.

RESPECTED Finance ministry my suggestion is that please establish and provide funds for NATIONAL GAME SCHOOLS FOR NATIONAL YOUTH, AS WE HAVE AVERAGE AGE OF 27 YEARS OF YOUTH OF THIS COUNTRY, WE MUST PUSH UP WHO IS NOT SHOWING INTEREST ON STUDIES (THOSE MAY) WHO INTERESTED IN GAMES AND SPORTS

HISTORICAL TOURISM SUGGESTION: India's unique strengths is its great history. We can use it to boost our international and domestic tourism. Govt can invite tenders on BOOT basis to develop a village per kingdom within its area to present history in all glory. The village should be developed to showcase all aspects of the kingdom including palace, popular wars (field), capital, a village, etc, and sell artefacts of those times by local craftsmen. Respected, I proposed for a scheme for processing of complaints of citizens by department through online portal and a offline portal at all cities/towns with population of 100000 or more. The complaint must be registered free of charge and written reply within fixed period of time to be recd by the applicant and problem to be resolved within 3 days. #Budget

Sir we are moving towards digital India and are at the doorstep to shape the future of the world. Sir presently we as a citizen are having almost a dozen of cards like voter card aadhar card etc. I will request that the voter and aadhar card would be combined. The new card should come with a small chip which should contain our biometric details, voter I'd details, PAN details, driving details. Etc..........

IN VIEW OF SEVENTH PAY COMMISSION PAY SCALE THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE INCOME TAX SLABS ARE TO BE IMPLEMENTED: UPTO 5.50 LACS TAX IS NIL FROM 5.50 TO 10 LACS TAX IS 10% FROM 10 TO 20 LACS TAX IS 20% ABOVE 20 LACS TAX IS 30% NO SURCHARGE AND EDUCATION CESS WOULD BE CHARGED. THIS IS A MUST AFTER YEARS OF OPPRESSION PEOPLE CAN PLAN RETIREMENT PENSION AND HOME FOR FAMILY.

1. There is lot of area where the salaried class employee income is non-taxable or least taxable. Like in bank & PSUs petrol, leased accommodation, etc. are tax free and not part of salary. It results in payment of less tax to government. It should also be fully taxable income. 2. The Government should open a general bank account for Strengthening our Military and farmers. Respected Arun Jaitly sab My suggestion is Please provide funds to Stock houses for Crude oil, which importing crude oil from whereas Arab countries or elsewhere. this is very humble request from my side as a valuable citizen of this country. to build stock houses for crude oil huge funds require , I think so, but we must have stock houses for crude oil in our country these days because its is very cheep in international market. please please try to save NATION'S WEALTH OR RUPEE from CRUDE OIL

# Budget, Please bring in those people who have huge earnings but are not paying any taxes like the TRADERS. Link the trading licences to IT returns or PAN cards. Also link Club memberships, Purchase of Luxury vehicles, Foreign travel to their PAN card or IT returns
