To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

मकान बनाने में उपयोग किये गए धन पर भी आयकर में छूट का प्रावधान होना चाहिए अगर भुगतान चेक या बैंक द्वारा या किसी अन्य प्रकार किया गया हो। एवं किसी भी व्यक्ति को आयकर में छूट जीवन में एक बार मिलने का प्रावधान होना चाहिए और आयकर की छूट का विवरण रखने हेतु पति पत्नी के पैन कार्ड का संयोजन भी किया जाना चाहिए।

Dear sir ,I have an idea for Social Forestry & Agricultural activities through participatory management to garner the interest of both government and citizens side by side greening the Country. Sir if gov initiates this then good enough otherwise after entering in Civil services, I will initiate it at my own level.

#MyGov, #Budget, #UnionBudget : In Long route trains, special coaches must be added & designed with 80% seats(double Decker) and 20% common births arrangement for the bed rest of old aged(70+years), pregnant ladies, critical patients etc as & when they required during the journey. Even this concept may also be used in slipper class/AC coaches wherein a family may given option/choice of booking some seats and some births as per health and requirements.

For increase the level of poor and dalit people in India first of all all type of reservations benifit should be removed , one who is in creamy layer , because all reservation benifit avail these creamy layer people and poor people can not get jobs.govt should decide creamy layer on financial basis , at least in first step class A officer,s reservation should removed so that status of dalit and poor people may raise their status

Under make in India initiative,municipal equipment domestic production should be encouraged.More innovation is required to provide innovative municipal equipment for municipality for garbage collection street sweeping,garbage holding,garbage transportation,recycling.There is huge requirements for municipal equipments in the country.It should be incentivise and innovation as per our local requirements should be encouraged.

Sir,I am a retired Govt.of Raj.doctor(a surgeon),my request is not to increase the age of senior citizen for railway fare concession from 60yrs..to 62/65 yrs.It should be uniform for bank interest& income tax.After all the 60 yrs.old citizen has played a role in his working life in nation building &family .

Health care is still nightmare for most of the population.Quality Health care should be universal and accessible to all the citizen.Every citizen and particularly poors should be brought under health insurance scheme and govt should customize policy for everybody and spend money on that.
