Just like Republic Day Parade,all HE institutions,should showcase the assimilation of different languages & culture by encouraging the students to participate in various cultural activities & showcasing their talent, preferably in their language.Youth energy got channelized through Cultural &Social events/activities.This encourages better cultural integration. These events should be part of course tenure & should be organised by all Higher Education Institutions on monthly/quarterly basis.

To reduce regional & national disparities,the Higher Education institutions should have students from all the Indian states & from across the world.Going to another state for higher Education,Interacting with students from diff. parts of the country,International students will help in cultural integration through language.While joining new institution,the students should give brief introduction about themselves & inform the other students about their unique aspects of their culture & language.

On an average student spend more than 30 weeks every year in an Higher Education(HE) Institution.Higher Edu. is generally of 3-5 years duration.Therefore students get to spend 90-120 weeks in HE institution.Every week in HE institution should be dedicated to 1 language/Culture where students should present cultural program informing others about that language/culture.During the week, diff. competitions should be organised keeping that language/culture theme in mind.Movie Screening in that lang.

Create a data-sharing pool of songs and dances in various dialects, including tribal languages, and encourage students to feature songs from this database in their school day celebrations.
